"Return/Exchange Policy"

Return merchandise for a complete refund or exchange within 14 days upon receipt. Christmas gift return/exchange policy is extended up to 7 days after Christmas. Shipping charges & personalized request are non refundable. Thirty percent restock charge for silk and satin ROBES. For all other items must be return in new original condition for full refund.
